1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free of stains, marks, or scents

In original packaging (where applicable)

With all tags attached
Non-returnable items:

Sale/discounted items

Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Accessories (earrings, hats, socks, etc.)
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or provider.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will cover all replacement or return costs.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
