At FemmeLabel, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we make returning items simple and free.

1. Return Period

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags and packaging should be included.

3. How to Return

• Use the return label included in your package, or

• Request a return label by emailing contact@femmelabel.com.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Returns are completely free – no hidden fees or shipping costs.
